Lambda Sensor Seized

    My cars misfiring and playing up and i think its my lambda sensor.

    I tried to get the lambda out just now but its completely seized

    Any ideas?

    Its a mk2 vtr so lambdas's in the cat.

    could be the coil pack mate..........

    Get some heat onto it, i.e a blowtorch. 22mm spanner and hammer the other end to 'shock' it out.

    managed to get the lambda out and changed it. i needed to change it anyway as my fuel economy was appalling......but that didnt solve it. bought a brand new coilpack and its all fixed now

    eventually managed to get it out with some WD40 and some strength
