   what are your opinions on NOS and what bhp shot should be ok to run with my vtr?

   i think the standard engine would not be able to take it for long,if you put some forged pistons in you may be alright

   NOS is a buzz word coming from fast and the furious, NOS systems are very poor, stick with Wizards Of Nitrous and you will do far better

    there was a guy who used to live around my end with a fully stripped out 1.0ltr saxo running 75bhp of NOS on a standard engine!
    
    the engine lasted til its 2nd shot, then it blew, no suprise there!
    
    he just put another 1.0 lump in it and did the same again, some people never learn
