Decat is going to be the most significant improvement there. Not too sure how much in power gains but it will feel much less restrictive

best bet is just to stick it on some rollers pal, no one can know because it all depends on the condition and service history and so on

It really does depend, maybe 10bhp as said with a good air filter setup, but it's really difficult to say really.

like one example, my friend had a 98bhp VTR stuck a raceland air filter setup, full ss exhaust system including manifold (+ decat) and gained 20bhp on the rollers, its a joke really.

I gained ~2Bhp from a Magnex cat back on my VTS. Raceland manifold will give ~3Bhp and a de-cat ~2Bhp. So you're looking at about 8-10Bhp inc a filter.

About 5-10bhp mate. All depends on the condition of your car. Will rev more freely and sound better are the main benefits.
