It only just started doing it yesterday, but my revometer thingy is revving at just above 10 when idle-ing?????
Has anyone got any ideas what it migh be?!

Yeah sorry it was cold , but even after a 20 mile journey its still doing it?!

oh right was going to suggest it was just warming itself up
high revs is normally linked to
idle control valve
map sensor
ecu coolant temp sensor
Lambda sensor
clean up the idle control valve see if it makes a difference, if not its time to replace parts

petrol vehicles do not have glow plugs

Mine only does this when the engine is cold, after your 20 mile trip the engine should be fully heated up...
Does it sound as if its still over-fueling becuase of the auto choke?

I meant Spark Plugs lol
It sounds the same , its just the revs???
