wet spark plug and mot tomorrow!!!

Ive been busy fixing my car for the MOT retest but have come across another issue. a Wet plug.
It failed on emissions. High CO (0.6%) and the lambda was high, just over the maximum reading.

I had previously changed the lambda before the mot and i have now changed the cat. I went to change the plugs tonight and plug number 2 was wet! It smelled of petrol but looked a bit oily.

I ran a compression test and it was ok so am unsire what the issue is and if it will be the cause of the high emissions. I ran redex through it before the mot and ran it about 20 miles so the injectors should be cleanish.

Could a knackered coil pack cause the fuel not to ignite too well? The engien still runs ok. Its judders and sounds a bit rough on idle but when reved it sounds fine. When you blip the throttle it idles really rough for a few seconds but then settle again.

    Thanks
