Vtr cylinder head help!!

   basically iv'e got a mk1 vtr (90bhp) sitting in the yard thats got a damaged head on it, iv'e managed to find an engine from a mk2 vtr on the cheap but its also the 90bhp engine as theres no cat in the mani and the cat was under the car, im guessing it was one of the first mk2's from '00 that carried over the mk1 engine, anyways im just looking for sum advice on the heads???
   
   will the heads be a literal straight swap?? any help would be great lads
