#2I dont know sorry, but I had a problem with my battery. Car would cut out and not start. Then would start again. Even with a jump would start but then cut out. So one day I had a look at the battery and the connectors was very loose so tighten them up and now car is fine..

#3try your local saber, i went there and got a new 440 battery for £50 they wanted £60 but i know some one there. but the battery was retailed at £80

#4no expert but if it don't start of a jump then maybe it's the starter motor that's only a guess
-
#5Yeah even if the batterys fucked it should start with a jump start there will be power going through it.
Sounds like the starter motor as the boy above said. Sometimes they'll go if you give the starter motor a rattle with the handle of a hammer or something if it's not completely fucked. Or with engine and handbrake off put car in reverse and get someone to push it forward just a wee roll forward, works sometimes.
But it's probably completely fucked -

#10Do your electrics come on in the car? radio, lights etc? As said if you hook it up to a good battery via jump leads it should technically work. Do you have a multi-meter? if so check you have good voltage at the battery as may be another issue. Best fault finding by starting with the basics.

#11It will be the cold weather. New battery should solve it.
