   Ive just bought my first car which is a saxo 1.1 expose.
   its come with no cd player but has sub/amp wires already wired in.
   I recently bought a jvc HU from halfords so i could listen to some music ha! Ive also got a sub with built in amp which im lookin to put in.
   
   At first i just tried the HU on the door speakers but nothin happen. i got power but no sound. Ive checked all fuses, they seem to be ok. All wiring i can get to and they seem to be ok.
   
   Anyone know what the prodlem could be and help me solve it.

   the wires might of got trapped when the opens/closes which could cut them. or the wires are loose on back of the speakers. common faults

   is the amp in the subbox? if not are teh speakers wired up to the amp not the standard headunit wires?

   the sub has a built in amp, and the only wires are the 2 red and white ones from the amp to the headunit

   and the remote wire aswell
