Best Place for Engine?

   Just a quick question,
   
   A mate of mine wanted to know whats the best place to find/buy a 16v engine, either from the C2/106/VTS Doesnt matter which one of course, But needs to be fairly low milleage,
   
   Also needs everything for a conversion?..
   
   Weve had a look on ebay but couldnt find anything suitable, Any one know?
