fuel pump relay

   Hi any 1 tell me where this is on saxo vtr w reg cheers. Would this have any effect on the fuel gauge reading if it was playng up/not working cheers.

   fuel gauge playing up will primarily be the fuel pump float.
   
   IF you take the fuel pump out, you can ever so slightly bend the float rod so that the two metal parts are always in contact - will be spot on from there !!
   
   If this doesnt solve it then likely to be a gauge problem on the dash.

   pump relay is under the ecu tray mate, but as above its ulikely to be the relay, more like faulty sender unit
