vibration

   sometimes when i accelerate my accelerator pedal starts to likee vibrate is this normal?

   1st iv heard of this you notice anything else vibrating?

   nahh just the accelerator pedal it seems to become more responsivee though i dont know if its a problem or just happens when it sits at a certain revs seems to do it when am in 4th doing 70 most of the time

   check your accelerator cable, make sure its not resting on anything inside the bay thats causing it to vibrate

   just oil your accelerator cable had this on my mk2 vts.........

   oh thanks i cant seem to see the cable though as it seems to be hiden beneath where all the injectors are?

   you have to take it apart from the throttle housing mate,its easy.........

    There is a guide on here somewhere which has pics and explains how to stop this. It may apply to you. Have a search for it "accelerator vibration"
