Important! : Removing dials + rev counter

Is there a way to remove the dials without removing the steering wheel? If not please say.

And how would I change the mileage on another set of dials so that it is the true mileage of the car I'm putting it in?

    Thanks

you can do it without taking the steering wheel off. remove the cowling and there is 3 torx bolts holding the steering coloum up, undo them and it drops by about an inch or so but its enough to give you the room you need to have the clocks and surround out with out removing the wheel. its a bit fiddly but they will come out

not sure about milage, but if you do take steering wheel off, make sure youve disconnected the battery 10-15mins before you take it off, airbag reasons lol
