induction set up...pics?

hi

ive only had my vtr a few days and am in prosess of giving it a dam good service.

it had a very nasty looking foam cone filter on held on with black electric tape and what looks like zorst gunk/sealant.. wtf!!!

anyway .. i wanted to see what places you lot are siting your induction cones..
i put a new cone filter on mine and used some old intercooler pipe work to get it down near the p/s pump.. but im sure someone has figured out a better spot for it..

ok this is what ive cobbled together from what was in the garage.. id like to extend the hard pipe so the filter sits the other side of the top rad hose and is just above the p/s pump.. unless anyone has a better idea for location..

also thinking of making some form of heat sheild as the manifold is so close, again ideas or pics of what others have done would be helpfull..

That looks very good mate, get a heat shield aswell definetly
