air vents/airbox

   being very stupid on saturday aj dropped his vtr badge down the dash, as i was hooking it back up the dash it dropped down the air vent right inline with the centre console/headunit etc.
   
   whats the best way to get it out?

   Well im not sure if it is filtered at all just before the matrix and whatnot, but i have my dash off and it doesn't look like it. have you had the heater on since?

   lmao yes this morning when i blasted to work with the fans on full/front screen and i could hear it flapping around and then later on i heard it fall when i swaped from screen to floor fans.
   
   ive gotta crack into the airbox i just wondered if anyone could tell me how to get straight in without laying upside down in my footwells

   5 torx bolts and you can take the centre console out
   then you can see in the vents a lot better

   am i right in saying behind the centre console main twin fan, the airbox sits behind that, not sure if you can get in that way tho
