can you fit 13" deep dish on a SAXO vts (Now with picture)

im looking at some deep dish euro wheels and they are 13"
    would they fit?

    here is the spec:
    Metal Type: Aluminium
    Stud Diameter: 108
    Rim Width: 7J
    Rim Diameter: 13 inches
    Offset: -7
    Number of Studs: 4

    the tires on them are:
    165/55r13 70H

and my car is lowerd 60mm front 75mm rear

youll need to remove the dust guards off the rear brakes
and the offset is wrong youll need a spacer about 10mm thick i think to get them on (edit im wrong i didnt spot the minus on the et)

    look at davo on here
    he runs 13s
they will look like there miles from the arches still though
iirc davo is about 85 down all round and tbh it doesnt seem that low when you look rim to body gaps but the sills are extremely low

Are they -7 offset with spacers or as they are?
I've ran ET0 on 7x15's before and they were on the arch limit. So those will sit 7mm further out. Tyres will prob be fairly stretched though, so should look good on yours!

I dont think they'll need spacers, that would make them sit even further out. Sounds like they are a fairly big dish on them to get them to -7 offset.

    i fail

yeh thats the only thing i dont get with the -7
yeh spacers would be fine. they are only for shows anyways and not my driving wheels and they will be painted.

they are a real bargain tho here is the link:

    very cheap! Love revolutions.
If they are direct ford fit like they say, they will need to have the centre bore machined out from Ford (63mm) to Citroen 65.1mm.
Negative offset sits further out than positive offset. +7 would sit closer in the arches then -7.

what would you think about spacers would i need them?

where could i get them machined would you know?

u've got two options, either buy ford to cit spacers normally 20mm to correct the centre bore or machine the centre bore. Personally i would machine the front and use spacers on the rear to get them sitting right. Would need coilovers to make them look good aswell.

would that mean my car would sit lower or higher?

and would changing to smaller wheels effect my speedo?

and would 13" clear my calipers?
  12. #12
your not low enough to pull off a set of 13's. they will clear callipers cause you will have to run 20mm spacers(ford offdet)
  13. #13
how low do i need to go tp pull them off? oviously coilovers on front and maybe another notch on the rear beam
  14. #14
im down 80-85mm on 14s with a fair bit of stretch, mine sits fine( a few mm too high on the front imo..) you will have to come down around 90mm imo.
do not lower the back using 'notch' method, unless you want rear camber that is..

you say there your show wheels, if you go low to pull off the 13s, you wont get your vts wheels back on without issues

yeh thats what i was thinking
i throught it would just be getting a jack under the car but if i was lower my rear would be fine but ill have to keep adjusting my coilovers

only option is to run the 13s day to day, but practicality???
if you havent bought them already(im guessing you have,but..) i would consider a different 'show' wheel
