Mk1 vts in mk2 vtr!

   What is needed to fit a mk1 vts engine into a mk2 vtr?
   I know obviously a mk2 loom. I already have mk2 engine but its knackerd so can take any parts of that i will need to go on new engine.

   I presume just loom, ecu and sensors!

   wow you have just made alot of work for yourself lol
   the mk1 ecu is 1 plug and mk2 ecu is 3 plug
   its quite hard because you have to splice the 2 looms together
   ( the interior loom wont match up to the engine loom )
   its probly easyer changint the interior loom aswell
   you should of got an engine from the same year then its plug and play
   
   but any way to fit a vts engine to a vtr ( dispite the problem with the loom )
   you need
   
   engine
   loom
   ecu
   top radiator hose
   any saxo gearbox will fit
   bigger rad would help and rad fan

   Ive already got a mk2 vts but the engine i bought off here is fooked. Will the interior loom that runs through the wing not fit into the ecu then its just the plugs for the ecu that'd need to be same??
