   hi everyone need some help ive got a real strog smell of petrol inside my vts looked under the car no signs of leaking petrol and no smell out side only inside also some times the tick over is a bit uneven and revs hold for a few seconds any one got any idea,s thanks everyone

   Lift the back seat and you'll see 2 plastic covers, prise them off and make sure the fuel pump is tight underneath, that would explain smell inside but not outside. Either that or make sure theresno leaks from the fuel rail or pipes near bulkhead.
   
   Might be worth a look under the carpet too in passenger footwell where the fuel pipes are.

   cheers m8 just looked were the fuel pump joins the tank looks a bit damp and smells of petrol im guessing the seal has gone pump is tight but deffo been leaking the car also seems bad on petrol and so one has put an induction kit on and one pipe had come of and the rest are sucking i i think
