100k on the clocks....

Just a general inquiry, would 100k on a saxo dramatically effect the value at resale?

Taking into account if the engines been looked after, and a major chunk of those miles were motorway?

    Cheers

    Not really tbh.

They aren't very 'strong' in the second hand market at the moment anyway tbh.

Treat it to a good service and enjoy another 100k in it

Motorway miles are better, FSH helps, head gasket change and cam belt will be better. But either way it's a large milestone for an engine.

100k is nothing nowadays especialy on a engine that has been well looked after we had a 106 1.1 in the other day 179k genuine miles 1 owner and was pretty mint sounded sweet just like a 60k car

Although it shouldn't. Because it's not a big milestone as far as any servicing goes........

Sadly, It does. People see 100k+ and shit themselves. Most people on here see 70k+ and shit themselves mind. lol. Only a very small minority will be interested that it's had regular oil changes and serviced as per the manufacturers guidance.

    Sad to be honest
