Cheap Bodywork Repair?

    My bodywork on my mk2 vtr is really at a poor standard. Its really starting to annoy me so i was wondering if anyone new anywere in the West Midz that do good repair jobs for the lower prices>

    Whats wrong with it? Would a machine polish and good clean make it any better?

    That would be a great help I think, it has 2 dents in the rear quaters, alot of scratches and the front bumper is coming off from the arches
