Goosed release bearing, now sorted, Pics of the problem included.

   Recently noises started from my gearbox end, so took it apart to what the problem was. As suspected was release bearing, rather goosed! haha
   
   So after a weekend of careful take my time work, its now sorted with a new clutch kit. Also whilst at it though id treat her to a new cam belt kit and water pump.
   
   Now shes running sweet :-) Thought i'd post a pic of the bearing up.

   release bearing does look very buggered !!
   
   Good work on doing it yourself!! Saved a lot of money on labour there !!

   Cheers mate, yes I dont trust garages so rather do it myself and know it will get done properly. Plus as you say, save mega bucks. :-)

   That's the main reason I started doing bits on my car myself, so I knew exactly what was done and that things were torqued back up properly.
