help with a part to do with air management

   hey looking for some help i have a missing part underneath the driver side wing
   so went to Citroen and got the parts on the screen but he wouldn't let me have the numbers when i asked if i could shop around.
   any way so its a a black canister type thing that mounts on the inner wing behind the outer wing and its some type of admission filter.
   can any people in the know tell me what it is and maybe even put me towards some part numbers because all my car has is the rubber pipes leading to it.
   if it helps i crashed and the cylinder was most likely destroyed not my car just hasn't been fitted with one

   sounds like it could be the charcoal canister.

   charcoal canister? never heard of one lol can anyone back him up? do you know what it dose mate?

   To put it simply it helps to protect the environment and improve fuel economy.

   Just go to your local motor factors and ask for a charcoal canister it will be alot cheaper, you wont need a part number for there.

   Its a standard part yes, but if you ask for it they will know what your on about.

   ah cheers, guys a gsf haven't heard of it (use them because of discount) recommend any stores and how much do you think it will set me back?
