a couple of months ago my vtr was making a slight popping noise for a while then it decided to blow a spark plug clean out of its hole! so after a cost of 380 notes and a heli-coil later it was right as rain! Now its making the noise again and im thinking prevention is the best form of medicine so, new head and new sparks? what do yo say? dont fancy another heli after the last cost and im not mechanically apt to do it myself 
does anyone know who would supply and fit at a reasonable cost without doing me over? im near coventry and can live without the car for a couple of days! cheers guys!
