#2anyone?

#3Have a search bud, covered very frequently

#4ph3 is a model of cam, the brand being newmans.
apprently you can run it with a standard pulley, but would be good to get a venier pulley.
youd ideally need:
cam
Headgasket
Headbolts
timing kit (belt and tensioner)
water pump (may aswell) -
#5thanks, i take it the head needs to be taken off to cam it then?

#6yes mate

#7ok mate thanks for the help, im really thinking on weather to cam it or not i want it done it's just dunno how much it's going to be & i dont know what cams to get (make) i no i want the fast road cams
-
#8dont waste your money?
-
#9you need to ask yourself two questions.
1. do you use the car alot around town or slow driving etc.
2. do you have enough money to fix it when it wont run right (which is very often on cammed cars trust me)
If you answer yes to the first and no to the second then id strongly rethink your plans.
On the plus side if you dont mind then you'll need the cam, pulley, timing belt, water pump, headbolts, headgasket, oil and coolant.
Hope this helps buddy. -
#10? is it not worth camming then

#11thanks mate

#12well £250 for a cam, £4-500 for a remap. Plus a head gasket, cambelt kit etc Then labour costs. Would probably cost you a years insurance on a vts
