how to wire up?

   my headlights are pretty poor, and i suppose everyone elses is, well to the point does anyone know how to wire the low beam up so when i turn my high beam on my low beam is on too, i have searched for this but cant find it anywhere,

   You will need a relay to do this, one designed for spot lights will be ideal. Use the highbeam feed to energise the relay so it feeds the dipped headlight with a fused suply from the battery or local fuse in the enghine bay.
   
   So you got 4 connections on relay. For example 1 is earth, 2 turns on/energises the relay and 3 and 4 are the switched connections that will feed the dipped beam connection on your headlights.
   
   Not worth the chew really mate, just get some decent bulbs in there.
