bumper wont come off. help!!!

   ok i undone all the bolts according to haynes manual.
   
   then it says something about making sure the clips either side are undone. tried pulling and everything but cannot get them out.
   
   any ideas??

   there is four 10mm bolts two at either side firs ones are under neath the head lights behind the bumper then there is one at either side holding the bumper one is under neathe again where the washer bottle sits then the the same at the other side but no washer bottle there lol then there is atached at the wheel arches by torque screws and a the bottom of mud guards
   
   in total u should take out 4 10mm bolts and 4 torque screws unless the torques have been replaced by normal philips or flat head screws lol
