#4oh well it will be a hit or a miss lol

#54-pin is for the idle valve.
3-pin on the TB is the throttle position sensor (3-pin on the other end of the inlet is MAP sensor)
Black 2-pin is throttle heater
Grey 2-pin is air temp.1 user thanked this post: -
#6what does a map sensor do?

#7Manifold Absolute Pressure
It gives the ECU an indication of the pressure in the inlet manifold. On the standard management it's used to indicate load and the amount of air going into the engine. On throttle bodies it's usually not used (throttle position gives a much better load/airflow reference on bodies), but can be configured to compensate barometric pressure. -
#8Ive got a sensor on the other end of the manifold, near the cambelt. It obviously measures the pressure, it that the map on my 1.4i?

#11Sort out who's likely to be mapping it and consider their preferences, unless it's one of the "Dealer only" ones that will limit your choices, self-access and resale.

#12ive got a set of gsx 1400 tbs im away to get a manifold made up
the tbs came with fuel rail, injectors ,sensors and the tb loom so just need to figure out wot wire goes where in corespondance with the vts standard single inlet should be great fun lol and any one got any ideas on which ecu to go for
