power steering?

   hi iv got a mark 2 vtr and theres no power steering iv checked theres no blockages and had the car lifted up and turned the wheels a couple of times but still doesnt work i can now only think that the problem is either the pump itself or the relay not sure tbh anyone had the same issue and fixed it???
   and searched for it but knowone apart from if the heating has gone so not sure what to do

   Mine failed a week or so ago but the heaters and rear demisters still work. First thing I'd do mate is replace the relay. I've just done this to find it makes no difference, so this weekend I'm taking the pump out to have a look at it. Relay is the cheapest first step for you I reckon....

   will be pump relay or fuse. hit the pump with a hammer a few times
