Gearbox/ Clutch noise...

    Right im pretty sure my gearbo is on its way out but then had second thoughts as to whether its something to do with the clutch.. Whenim doing low speeds... say 20mph in and i let my foot off the accelerator, something is making a scraping noise. Like a dry metal to metal noise :/. There is also a shine from the gearbox if speeds of 85 or so are reached. But the main problem i want sorted is the horrible scraping type noise. Box or clutch??
