i've just checked my battery and its 12.1volts with engine off and 14.3volts when running. The car seems to struggle to start when cold so i thought it might be battery. But now i'm not so sure. Any other suggestions? Cheers

Your battery voltage sounds normal (I did a similar test the other week). Spark plugs?

Hi get your battery tested as voltage too low should be 12.2 to 12.7 for a good fully charged battery.

Had the same problem in December and after checking the battery/alternator and finding them ok I changed the starter motor and it's been fine ever since. Changing the starter motor is a tricky if you don't have much experience. If you diy it take your time patience on that job is your best friend.

Just read your last post glad to hear your sorted mate.
