drive shaft or gear box? help please

   driving back from work other night, when i changed gear started to get reali hard like had to force the gear stick in and proper crunshed in, my mate was behind me n said there was some sparks coming from under the engine said he though its when i changed gear got back and gear oil was just pouring out, coud't reali take a pic as was dark when i had a luk and cud see it, but it was from here... oil was coming from where redline is

   is it just me or is the driveshaft at a funny angle into the box ?
   
   Might be a buggered diff, causing it to leak out of that seal.
   
   That driveshaft does look a bit polished/clean as if it's bare metal?! It a brand new one?

   sorry tht pics not on my car i couldt take one as it was dark just one i saw on internet and used tht, was just saying thts wherethe oils coming from on myn, if you get me?

   can get just a new seal - see what condition the driveshaft is in when replacing the seal

   ok basicali had the drive shaft out to day, all the spindels are in tacked and fine, myn dose luk bit different to one in pic thers a rubber seal on the drive shaft and can move it, luk like it shud be in a fixed place, i tryed shoving it right uo so it blocked it up where drive shaft go's into the box, witch lassed a few second then oil came out again, any ideas?

    Replace the driveshaft oil seal.
    
    That rubber thing is just to stop debris being flung againt it I think (although there isn't one on the passengers side)

    in ur pic where the red line points to thats the seal get a new 1 from citroen easy job drain gearbox oil take shaft out pull old seal out fit new 1 shaft back in and new oil
