Important! : Mk1 SX Brake Caliper Bolt...

    HEEEEELLLLLLPPP!!!!

    My drivers side brake caliper has lost a bolt!!
    It's the one that stops the caliper from lifting up, goes in round the back...

    does anybody know what size it is, or what bolt it is etc...

    Heard a loud grinding when reversing and braking, so decided to change brakes and check it and found problem...

    Would it be easier just going to Scrappy Yard and taking one from another saxo?

    yeh, get another on but make sure it is torqued up

    eventually went to a car spares shop that "didn't have any" when i rung up... think it was either an 8mm or 10mm bolt, bout 50/55mm long, got like a smooth bit on it, then got threads on the end

    couldn't get em off from scrappy!!
