Important! : Cutting out when cold?

   Hi guys, right every morning when im of to work start the car, pull of and its when i get too the juction dip the clutch to stop and the car just cuts out and the stirring goes stiff and all the lights come on the dash.
   Does anyone know what the problem could be???
