speedo reading

   right currently i have steel wheels on my car with 165/70/13 iam going to put after market alloys on with 195/45/15 so my question is by how much would my speedo be out by i know it will read slower just need to know by how much thanks

   Why don't you get just get the right profile tyre on the 15's so that they are the same diameter as the originals

   dont want to low a profile cause it will cost a lot and it will be harsh riding

   They'll be fine. And the 45 is the profile not the 195.

   i know they will be fine lol i just need to know how much my speedo will be out considering its half an inch thicker overall and 30mm wider so more friction

   just found this so all ok now http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html works out to be 0.8% off
