vts miss fireing coil pack changed any ideas?

   my vts started to miss fire a after reading a few things on here changed the coil pack and it was fine for about a week now it has started again could it of killed another coil pack? was otherwise thinking injectors? any ideas?

   Ht leads or spark plugs first mate before thinking of injectors

   vts doesnt have ht leads the coil pack is a sealed unit and i have changed the spark plugs and map sensor also tryed to change the coolant sensor but it is different on mine cant understand why i know the part i have is the right 1 but the plug on the loom doesnt fit the sensor
