Important! : High rev'ing

    my citroen saxo vtr is an 02 plate andi've just started to have problems the car has done 112000 miles and has been a really good runner untill recently when i had to get the coil pack changed. THE PROBLEM I HAVE IS AS FOLLOWS my car rev's when idle and its been driving for an hour and sometimes it doesn't start when i first start it up also the temperature guage moves up and down and doesn't go past halfway when driving.Took it to citoren and they put it on the diagnostic machine with nothing showing.PLEASE PLEASE CAN SOMEONE OFFER ADVICE ASAP.

    think it culd be the cold air feed or the hot air feed, also check the ecu, my mates golf did something pretty much the same as this, but his also stalled randomly wen slowing down with clutch depressed

    forgot to say..on his golf 2 of the 4 ecu wires were loose and just needed to be re-souldered
