Hey guys, First off I'm not mechanically minded so use simple words in replys haha, Ive had my saxo VTR since august (its a 1.6 fuel injection) I'll try and explain as much as I can to help pinpoint what the problem could be.
Since I've had it while the car is idling if I were to move the gearstick to the left or right it would begin to make a noise, the noise would cease once the clutch was depressed and there were no other problems so of course, I left it.
Now occaisionally when I initialy turn the car on you can hear like an electric humming which gets louder if you rev it (souds very much like an electric car) and upon this happening it becomes very hard to put the car into first or second gear, If I turn it off it wil let me put it into each gear. This incident has happened to me twice now and was wondering if it has happened to anyone else or if anyone has any ideas to the source of the problem. I've already had to have the clutch replaced about 7 weeks ago.
Any feedback on the matter would be much appreciated guys and gals!
