#2i went for the wildest catcams the kam racing sells and that showed very good gains with the rallye inlet cant remember the model number off hand though.

#3CatCams 4901202 possibly?

#5how much money have you got to spend?

#7"270 or a 285" type cam

#8ph3 will be best bet tbh mate and thats a 270deg cam for silvertop
but if you want one a bit wilder if you use the blacktop vtr head and use the blacktop ph3 it is actually 280deg and slightly more lift iirc over the silvertop ph3
but you will need to convert to ht leads and coilpack on side of he head, which is a bit fiddly tbh, well just the wiring is a pain in the arse
so you will get an extra 10deg using blacktop head and the other benfit is though that the blacktop head has better valve sprigs than the silvertop
but that is if you do wantit to pass emissions like kam said, if you do it limits the cams you can choose from making the h3 about highest you can go, plus it depends on if you wanted to pocket the pistons, in which case you could go for ph4 or ph5 cam but you will probs struggle to pass emissions, also you will need throttle bodies idealy to run these cams -
#9surely it would just be easier to use a black top loom?

#10I'd imagine a Newman PH3/ Kent PT40/ Piper '285' should pass an emissions test no problem providing the CAT is in good condition.
Kent PT41 or similar, I'm not so sure about.
