each notch on a saxo vtr/vts torsion bar is 30 mill so two notches is 60mm i no this coz i lowered mine and a couple of my mates and meassured them all off each notch i did! so i dnt no how you lot have had ur saxos lowered all different heights without uprating the torsion bar?

easy dont use the notch's as it's a poor way of lowering the rear...
