Noise coming from throttle body

   Around the area of the trottle body there is a loud whining/whistle when car is started...
   
   Any idea what this could be?

   maybe a leak i had it on my old furio
   tho when i pushed against it it stoped

   Yeah i pressed on it and the tone changed as if something moved and made the noise higher pitched...
   
   New t/b or intake ?
