   Keir's offer to help me clean my Astra, using his large range of Autoglym products was a nice one, only the small caveat that we'd sort out his girlfriends new (free!) Astra at the same time. Sounds good I said...
   
   
   
   I knew it was bad, I didn't know it was going to cripple us
   
   
   
   
   Anyway, after much cleaning and use of Autoglym paint restorer, super mega arsebuster polish we have this
   
   
   
   
   Not a bad effort, here she is with my near perfect coloured later example, which had also been freshly cleaned and polished
   
   
   
   Quite chuffed with the look of the pair if I do say so myself
   
   (note, a whole cleaning thread without the word "detailed" being used ones)

   Chears old boy. You're right, the sponge actually made a different noise as it scraped against the surface. It needs a lot more polish but it's certainly well on it's way

    It's probably a damn site more economical now. I'm not kidding, the body on that was unbelievably rough!!
