uncertain about bulbs

   hello, i just bought some new xenon bulbs 4 my saxo, i was just about to take the old ones out and swap them around when i noticed the old bulb had sum sort of paper hat thing on it (that was the best way i could describe it). is this needed at all because i havent got this on my new ones. cheers

   can't say i've ever had anything like that sounds like who ever last changed them left some packaging on. new ones will be fine with out

   its not paper lol its steal, it is ment to be there yer, i have an 02 plate vtr with the same thing on it, i thought the same when i saw it. just citron being difficult again. i think if u take it out it would just blind every1. your new bulbs will still fit tho because i replaced mine for them last week
