Sticking plates on

    Got some nice new plates, just wonderin what you guys use to stick them on? dont want to have to screw them on, so looking for some decent double sided tape

    buys some numberplate pads on ebay if there just plastic ones

    for metal ones i use no more nails tape, very good stuff and they come off easy enough

    If you stick them on, it's worth remembering that the 'low lifes' can easily remove them! do you really want to be woken in the middle of the night by your local ecilop (well, that's what it says in my rear view mirror!) because they've done a crime with your plates on? Hmmmm........

    I speak from experience btw, if it should ever happen to anyone, it should be reported to police immediately, to cover themselves not forgetting to keep the crime reference number!

    Cheers guys, in 2 minds now weather to stick them on now, but the look so much nicer without the screw caps on :/

    just stick them on with pads, its not like they come off easily. have to try quite hard to pull them off without snapping them. my mate had velcro ones, thats stupid. mine are on with pads, does look alot better and smoother

    still takes a while to take them off with the no more nails tape, id rather stick them on than have screws

    if its stolen then do liek said and report it

    The no more nails tape is very good stuff.

    We use it quite a lot at work and you'd be suprised at what it can hold up

    but wont it be tooo strong, so that it might pull the paint off lol?

    what about plate holders you screw them to your bumper and then fit the plates the sell them on dub meister http://www.dubmeister.co.uk/webshop/...ate-surrounds/
