#2buys some numberplate pads on ebay if there just plastic ones
for metal ones i use no more nails tape, very good stuff and they come off easy enough -
#3If you stick them on, it's worth remembering that the 'low lifes' can easily remove them! do you really want to be woken in the middle of the night by your local ecilop (well, that's what it says in my rear view mirror!) because they've done a crime with your plates on? Hmmmm........

#9I used to have mine silicone'd on on my old car

#10just stick them on with pads, its not like they come off easily. have to try quite hard to pull them off without snapping them. my mate had velcro ones, thats stupid. mine are on with pads, does look alot better and smoother

#11still takes a while to take them off with the no more nails tape, id rather stick them on than have screws
if its stolen then do liek said and report it -
#12i live in quite a shoddy area and mine havent been nicked yet (touch wood)

#13The no more nails tape is very good stuff.
We use it quite a lot at work and you'd be suprised at what it can hold up -
#14but wont it be tooo strong, so that it might pull the paint off lol?
