I just got the strangest noise!

   I was driving on the motorway and then this slight but loud rubbing sound happened each time i took my foot off the accelerator.
   
   I have no idea what was causing it but it seemed to do it a bit when i was just putting my foot down the smallest amount as well.
   
   Sorry i cant describe the sound any better.

   it only seems to do it when im driving 50-70mph as well...

   i just took it out for a quick drive again and noticed it doesn't seem to make the noise at a certain amount of revs but when im slowing down with no pedals pushed down and when the accelerator is pushed down very slightly and when the clutch is pushed down.
   
   any ideas?

   clutch thrust bearing maybe its a new on on me tho chapp
