saxo boot

  1. #1
today my foot slipped off the clutch pedal because my trainers were muddy from being workin, and the car jumped back into a skip

im guessin from the damage it will be cheaper to get a replacement boot than to repair it, i have had a quick search but cant see if mk1 and mk2 boots are the same, im thinking they are? also my boot will not open now, any ideas on how to get it off so i can put a new one on, and i dont mind about the key not working so much but will the boot still unluck with the central lockin when i put a new boot on, even if it needs a different key

    cheers jim

yep just get a replacement boot lid

silver is a common colour so you should be able to get one

there are two silvers though so get your colour code and go to some scrappies

bootlock just take that one out and use it in the new boot lid, central locking should still work on it
