Hi Everyone
well I'm a newbie to the site and I am totally amazed at all the info thats on here!
Anyway to my problem :-( I've just bought a 1.1 forte and when I turn the ignition switch off the engine runs on for 2 or 3 seconds. Now the rev counter is stuck at 1000rpm and the speedo does n't work. I've looked on the forum and disconnected the battery as suggested, re-connected it all and bingo rev counter works fine, but as soon as I turn the ignition switch off it sticks again and engine runs on. Does anyone think engine run on and sticky rev counter are connected, is there a speed sensor somewhere?
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Luca
