Front and Back lights

    Basically i want smoked jewls and Black halo lights are they both MOT legal i tryed looking but i can get a straight answer

    defo no on back lights as no reflectors mot station told me this

    Are angel eye light for a saxo legal? and what rear lights could i get that are legal?

    as far as i know if there "e" marked then they are legal and smoked jewels are legal if you have some sort of reflectors on the rear of the car

    Yeah angel eye's are road legal.

    As for the rear lights, i would just use 3/4 coats of tint spray on the standard lights, looks mint, and come off with some nail varnish remover on a cloth just before the mot, and re-spray them after the mot

    I have not had trouble with my smoked jewels without reflectors at MOT time for 3 years I think now.

    Aslong at headlights are E marked they are legal

    lucky on mots then as they defo dont have reflectors which is a requirement to be seen at night if your lights are not on "parked up"

    when i got my smoked jewels there was two stick on reflectors in the box with them, but i havnt stuck them on and it passed its mot last year ok, but i do think theres ment to be a reflector and i was just lucky at mot time

    if you get the smoked jewels just whack a stick on reflector on the back for the day of your MOT and you'll be fine.
