   Im trying to change my huge aerial for a bee sting one but i cant get the original one off, i tried everything, im using pliers and its just ripping the old one to shreds
   
   any ideas

   spray some wd-40 on the bottom of the aerial and leave it to work its way in over night

   or plus gas much better than wd40 as thats what me and my dad use when we take apart classic bikes and the bolts on them are utter buggers if there rusted lol

   Or you can do what I have, get rid of the square blocky citroen aireal base, get to your local scrappy and get an aireal base of a ford with the mast looks way better and I had mine for free from the scrappy.

   just keep unscrewin with the pliers will shred it up, but eventually cums off

   Or if you want to get rid of your aerial completely and be leak free, by a blanking plate from citroen and silicone it on

   It ended up snapping the whole base of so im going to a scrap yard to get another one today lol
