Anyone good with perspex?

As you can see the below pic:

I want to do something very similar, but in red, so was thinking perspex but i am terrible with diy bits and bobs.

Anyone done anything like this? I can't see it costing a lot, but i'm going for a black and red theme in my car, so ideally need red.

Anyone able to offer a service like this?

    Thanks,

    Andy

you would get a better finish using alliminium sheet instead of perspex i would have thought??

Make a template out of card or something and then cut round it??

Like i said, i'm terrible with diy things like that, it would just go wrong.

Anyone fancy doing something like that to earn some dollar?

its easy mate if you are using perspex you make a template then draw round it on the perspex and you use a knife very carefully on the perspex and there you go job done mate and all it will cost you is around £15 for a sheet of perspex
