putting citroen + saxo badge back on

    i removed my rear badges not knowing theres bloody holes underneath

    while i had them off i sprayed them black to hide in the black paint job.

    anyone know where i can get a big peice of sticky to re-cover the backs and stick them back on

    might be better to use tiger seal to stick them back on.

    i want sticky pad i just cant get hold of a big enough peice

    once i get a peice i will stick my badges on it and cut around

    ha ha so did i i only used it on the saxo one tho aint got round to doing the other one i cant really notice it tho seee ....

    You want to use TigerSeal, as previously mentioned.

    i personaly used a glue gun as when there holes are you have the bits that poke through them. so i used a glue gun on the interior off the boot where the holes are and it has held fine

    I did same thing. B&Q do a weatherproof foam mounting tape for signs and stuff, that worked pretty well for me.
    Or you could get new badges from citroen, about £10 each though.

    i used double sided sticky tape which i bought of ebay for £2.00 ish you get about 5 meters so plenty and can use for others and i stuck on beack of badges and trimmed round and cut bits of then peeled back of and stuck to car and its brilliant no problems here you are buy some

    As mentioned I used double sided tape - the strips that people use to stick numberplates on.

    Go to Halfrauds and get yourself some of their double sided sticky pads, which they sell along with the number plate bits. You can normally buy the pads in varying thicknesses (1mm, 2mm, etc...).

    i used superglue ont he badges stuck them on and but some tigerseal on the inside of the boot over the pins that go intoo the boot and still have not moved a year later

    when i put mine back on coz of the stupid holes the pins snapped lol so i had to cover the back in glue not ideal but what could i do lol
