After changing head gasket

Changed my head gasket last week and after it all seemed fine. But now in the mornings on cold start up it doesnt hunt or ilde funny but it seems to run ruf then fine then ruf then fine again once hot no problems. what could it be? im thinking sparks or injectors but wanted to see what anyone else thinks
